1.1. Ready to ship orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase and shipping takes an additional 1-3 business days depending on what method is selected. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
1.2. Any item NOT indicated as Pre Order is Ready To Ship
1.3. Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, order processing times may be slightly extended. Rest assured, we will do our best to minimize any delays and keep you informed of the status of your order.
2. Pre Orders
2.1 Items available for pre-order will be shipped within 1-8 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery takes 1-3 business depending on shipping method. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front.
Orders containing both ready to ship and pre-order will be shipped together and we are unable to ship items separately that are included in the same order. We suggest placing 2 separate orders if you wish to receive your ready to ship items before the anticipated ship date of the pre-order items.

4.3 All orders $99 and over will receive free shipping automatically (no code needed).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
